For hygiene and product safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.
Eligible products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a refund or replacement depending on the situation.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement where applicable and available.
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
