Refund policy

At Rayyan & Ahad Fragrances, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in packaging and delivering our fragrances. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of perfumes and fragrance products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened, used, or its seal has been removed.

A return or replacement may be considered only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was damaged during delivery.
  • The product received is different from what you ordered.
  • The item has a manufacturing defect.

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

You may be asked to provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the product
  • Photos of the original packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Please do not dispose of the product or packaging until your request has been reviewed.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Products with broken or removed seals
  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling
  • Products purchased during special promotions, clearance, or sale offers, unless they arrived damaged or incorrect

4. Refunds

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will process the applicable refund.

Refunds may be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected, where applicable.

Please note that shipping or delivery charges may not be refundable unless the issue occurred due to an error on our side.

5. Exchanges

We may offer a replacement if:

  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • Your product arrived damaged.
  • The product has an eligible defect.

Replacement is subject to product availability.

6. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation.
